WOD: Oct. 29, 2012

For time:
50 wall balls
40 double unders
30 pull ups
20 burpees
10 deadlifts

Scaled nearly everything today. Used the green wall ball, green pull up band, 120 singles instead of double unders & my deadlift was only 145 pounds.

I just wasn’t feeling it today. I made the mistake of giving the kids a piece of candy on the way to the box, so they were wound up, which distracted me. We had to run two heats and I was scrambling to get in heat one so I could get done & outta there on account of the kids and I felt off the whole time. I still feel like I’m trying to get sick, either that or my allergies are bad so I felt sluggish before I even got there. Eh, hopefully tomorrow will be better.

WOD: Oct. 24, 2012

Standard

21-15-9 reps of deadlifts 185/135 and push ups w/ a 400m run after every round.

Scaled: 125# deadlift

Time: 14:35

I could have RXd this workout, but I was feeling like a cold was coming on so I didn’t want to push it too much. I walked close to half of the 400m runs. I did, however, do all regular push ups – no more on my knees for this girl! Overall, not a great day but glad I still went & did something rather than taking the day completely off.
