I walked into the box & felt completely depleted of energy for some reason. Must be the time change. The WOD started off nicely with the first set of box jumps going quickly & I strung together about 15 kb swings but my hands were having trouble holding on to the kb & I just lost my mojo early on & really struggled through all the kb swings. Was shooting for 3 rounds but I was 6 burpees shy of that.
