Score: 165# – a 25 lb PR, baby!! Tried 170# but failed. Would have tried again bur ran out of time.

WOD: 8 minute AMRAP:

  • 4 push press 135/95
  • 8 burpees box jumps 24/20
  • 12 sit-ups

Scaling: 65# press

Score: 4+1
