Strength – Front Squat 3×6 @75%
My target for this was 125 but I stuck with 115 so as to not aggravate my knee.
21-15-9 Pull-ups, deadlifts, shoulder to overhead (135/95)
Scaling: Started with 70# but my wrists were so shot from the front squats that I dropped to 65# in the first round. Didn’t have any energy, not sure if it’s from not eating well or the heat, possibly a combination of them both.
