Standard

Strength: In 10 minutes establish a 2 rep max deadlift. (touch and go).

Score: 135 (Kept it light due to my knee)

WOD: Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes.

3 deadlifts at 60% of the 2 rep max (touch and go) and burpees for the remaining time.

Your score will be the number of burpees completed.

Scaling: Went with 85# (again, light because of my knee)

Score: 77RX
