  • push-ups with a 45 lb plate. (your chest must touch the plate… YOUR THIGHS CANNOT TOUCH THE FLOOR)

Scaling: Had to use the 16″ box.

Today was my first day using my new Rehband knee sleeve. I have never done lateral box jumps & didn’t feel comfortable doing 20″ sideways, so I scaled down. The knee felt ok after, so I think I made the right choice. I rocked the push ups – having big boobs came in handy!!


I FINALLY feeling like I’m getting back into a good CrossFit groove. It was the hottest day of the year (105 I think?) and not only did I survive, I felt good after and excited about the next WOD. Woo-hoo!!
