Partner WOD:

In teams of two complete the following for time…

  • 100 wall ball shots 20/14
  • 75 kbs 1.5/1 pood
  • 50 wall ball sit ups
  • 75 jumping lunges
  • 100 double unders

One person working at a time.

Scaling: We used the green wall ball and the 10kg kettlebell and did singles. Don’t remember our time.
